Your Tasks
- 1st-level support for our clients — hands-on practice from day one
- Assisting with Windows client/server and Microsoft 365 administration
- Support with networking topics (firewall, Wi-Fi, switching)
- Maintenance and documentation of IT infrastructure
Your Profile
- IT education (HTL, apprenticeship, university of applied sciences) or career changer with genuine enthusiasm for IT
- Some basic knowledge — we'll build the rest together
- More important than finished skills: curiosity and the drive to keep moving
- Team spirit, customer orientation; driver's license B preferred
